Adrian King
Founding Partner
Forty years of senior consulting across strategy, life sciences, public policy and commercial advisory. Has worked with over 150 companies across Europe, the Nordics, the Middle East and Africa, Asia and North America. Built Strategia Group over twenty-five years as a generalist senior advisory practice, and authored the 12-step UK market entry process now productised through Strategia Pathway. Holds long-standing relationships into Enterprise Ireland. Lectures at Imperial College Business School alongside the consulting practice. Educated at Sussex, the LSE and London Business School.

Managing Director
Runs Strategia Pathway day-to-day. Ten years of consulting experience, five of those in life sciences, lived and worked in Denmark before joining the firm. Built the Trust Database v4 — 271 NHS Trusts scored across 13 fields — that anchors every Stage 8 pilot shortlist the firm produces. Owns the methodology, the data layer and day-to-day client delivery. Leads on the firm's new origination channels (DigitalHealth.London, the NHS Innovation Accelerator, the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and the university spin-out offices) and is increasingly the firm's external face at conferences, founder briefings and accelerator events. Professor of Technology and Innovation Management at Imperial College Business School, and one of the UK's most credentialled academic voices on health-technology adoption, innovation diffusion and health-system change. Visiting Professor at Halmstad University in Sweden and holds further international academic appointments across European and Asian institutions in health innovation and management. Networks across the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre, the Imperial Helix Centre, and the wider UK and international health-services-research community. Active networking partner alongside Ben at conferences, hosted dinners and industry briefings.
