Adrian King

Founding Partner

Forty years of senior consulting across strategy, life sciences, public policy and commercial advisory. Has worked with over 150 companies across Europe, the Nordics, the Middle East and Africa, Asia and North America. Built Strategia Group over twenty-five years as a generalist senior advisory practice, and authored the 12-step UK market entry process now productised through Strategia Pathway. Holds long-standing relationships into Enterprise Ireland. Lectures at Imperial College Business School alongside the consulting practice. Educated at Sussex, the LSE and London Business School.

Ben Lawrence

Managing Director

Runs Strategia Pathway day-to-day. Ten years of consulting experience, five of those in life sciences, lived and worked in Denmark before joining the firm. Built the Trust Database v4 — 271 NHS Trusts scored across 13 fields — that anchors every Stage 8 pilot shortlist the firm produces. Owns the methodology, the data layer and day-to-day client delivery. Leads on the firm's new origination channels (DigitalHealth.London, the NHS Innovation Accelerator, the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and the university spin-out offices) and is increasingly the firm's external face at conferences, founder briefings and accelerator events. Chairman

Professor of Technology and Innovation Management at Imperial College Business School, and one of the UK's most credentialled academic voices on health-technology adoption, innovation diffusion and health-system change. Visiting Professor at Halmstad University in Sweden and holds further international academic appointments across European and Asian institutions in health innovation and management. Networks across the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre, the Imperial Helix Centre, and the wider UK and international health-services-research community. Active networking partner alongside Ben at conferences, hosted dinners and industry briefings.

Six clinical advisors across the disease areas where we have repeat engagements. Each is a practising consultant or senior clinical lead in their specialty. They sit on engagements where their disease-area expertise adds value, sign off clinical interpretation in deliverables, and open doors into their professional networks — Royal Colleges, AAC programmes, National Clinical Audits, and disease-area transformation programmes.

Clinical Advisor — Respiratory medicine Consultant respiratory physician

Supports engagements in asthma, COPD and respiratory pathway work. Links into the Respiratory Transformation Programme, the British Thoracic Society and the National Asthma and COPD Audit Programme.
Clinical Advisor — Gastroenterology Consultant gastroenterologist

Supports engagements across GI diagnostics, IBD, hepatology and upper-GI work. Links into the British Society of Gastroenterology and the relevant National Clinical Audits.
Clinical Advisor — Neurology Consultant neurologist (movement disorders & cognition)

Supports engagements in Parkinson's, dementia, cognitive assessment and movement disorders. Links into the Association of British Neurologists, the Parkinson's UK clinical network and the dementia networks.
Clinical Advisor — Urology and continence Consultant urologist / continence lead

Supports engagements in urology, continence and the Older People's Pathway. Links into the British Association of Urological Surgeons, the Bladder & Bowel UK network and the Continence Nurse Specialist community.
Clinical Advisor — Endocrinology and diabetes Consultant diabetologist / endocrinologist

Supports engagements across Type 1, Type 2, gestational and prediabetes. Links into Diabetes UK, the National Diabetes Audit and the JDRF clinical research network.
Clinical Advisor — ADHD and digital therapeutics Consultant in CAMHS / adult ADHD services
Supports engagements in ADHD digital therapeutics, neurodevelopmental work and the CAMHS-to-adult-ADHD transition. Links into the Royal College of Psychiatrists ADHD work and the adult ADHD service networks.
